If you're not entirely happy with your purchase we will refund or replace - no questions asked.

On receipt of the returned items we will send you a $6 credit note to use on any future orders to compensate you for the shipping costs

All Jewellery is shipped from Australia.

As a small family business we strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable and effortless. 
Our aim is to process, pack and deliver your orders quickly without sacrificing quality or presentation and will arrive in our signature Treaty packaging with care instructions.

 

Australia Shipping

FREE SHIPPING  1-3 days postage to major capitals and 3-4 days delivery for areas outside the CBD * (see below) 

*COVID 19 and State border closures has greatly impacted Australia Posts services and as a direct result of reduced air travel, delays have been seen of up to 3 weeks in deliveries and we would advise selecting the option of Express pay if your delivery is time sensitive, the amount we charge does not cover the entire cost of Express postage and the excess is covered by us to help reduce costs to our customers, during this period.

Returns

Free 28 days hassle free returns.

Earrings are not eligible for returns. 

Returned goods must be un-used, otherwise an online credit note, refund or replacement cannot be issued.
